Carl Fakaruddin is the Head for Centre of Excellence of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment); a unit under the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) from 2016.
Carl has extensive experience in capital project management in the upstream oil and gas both in onshore and offshore field development while he had worked with Chevron Pacific Indonesia (2008-2012) and ConocoPhillips Indonesia (2012-2015). He was involved in a full range of project management from opportunity identification, portfolio management and prioritization, project preparation, financing modeling, investment decision analysis, risk and uncertainty analysis – execution until monitoring and evaluation. Before the energy industry, Carl had worked in retail account management role with Unilever Indonesia (2007) and Astra Graphia(2007-2008).
Carl graduated from the Australian School of Petroleum, the University of Adelaide with an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geoscience and Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) with B.Sc. in Physics. Indonesia Education Endowment Fund (LPDP) and merit-based undergraduate scholarship by Djarum Scholarship awarded him a fully funded overseas Master’s scholarship.
Yose Rizal is the Chief Syariah Financing and Investment Policy of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment), a unit of the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) from 2017. Concurrently, Mr. Rizal also holds several positions in different institutions – Corporate Advisor for PT Maxima Intergra since 2013, Audit Committee Member of PT Sri Rezeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) since 2013, Director of PT Pengelola Pemeringkat Kredit Nasional (PPKN) since 2014, and Audit Committee Member of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk since 2015.
Mr. Rizal has extensive knowledge in capital market rules and regulation, having worked within the sphere of the Jakarta Stock Exchange in a couple of key positions – as Division Head in Listing Monitoring Division (1997-2007), and as Division Head in Surveillance Division in 2007. Subsequently, Mr. Rizal assumed the position Director of PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO), the Indonesian credit rating agency from 2007 to 2013; where his responsibility scope consists of numerous divisions – Business & Product Development, Equity Research, Finance & Tax, HR/Corporate Legal & General Affairs, IT and Compliance.
Mr. Rizal graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia with a degree in Accountancy. Prior to his successful career in the capital market, Mr. Rizal has also worked as Senior Auditor at KPMG Hanadi Sudjendro & Partners (1990-1992), and further as Staff & Head Unit of the Audit Division for PT Bursa Efek Jakarta (1992-1998).
Dian Adhitama is the Chief Investor Relations Officer of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment); a unit of the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) from 2017. Dian is a lecturer in International Finance at the Magister of Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (MMUI), since 2003. She is the founder and CEO of PT Coris Oratoria, a consulting firm for governance, corporate secretary and investor relations practices.
Dian’s experience in the financial and capital markets for nearly 25 years includes Vice President (VP) & External Affairs Head of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (2012-2015), VP Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations of PT Darma Henwa Tbk (2011-2012), VP Investor Relations of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (2007-2011). She has exposure in the regulatory side and international/regional organizations, as Corporate Secretary Division Head (2001-2004) and Head of the Macro-Analysis Unit (1997-1999) at the Jakarta Stock Exchange, and as Program Manager for Indonesia (2004-2007) of Financial Services Volunteers Corps (FSVC), a public private partnership based in New York. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Bureau of Economic Cooperation of the ASEAN Secretariat.
Dian graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia with a degree in Economics, specializing in Risk Management and Insurance. She is a recipient of the British Chevening Awards and obtained an MSc in International Business focusing on International Finance, from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), Manchester, UK.
Herianto Pribadi is the Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment); a unit under the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) from 2016. Concurrently, he is a Partner at Skha Consulting since 2001 and President Director of Kopelindo Infrastruktur since 2015.
He graduated with Honors from Bandung Institute of Technology (Bachelor of Engineering), and obtained Masters of Business Administration from University of Michigan. During his years living in The United States, Herianto worked in Ford Motor Company as an Internal Consultant. While working with Ford, he gained extended knowledge regarding management practice under New Product Development Division.
Prior to his tenure in Skha Consulting, Herianto assumed an associate position in McKinsey & Company from 1999 to 2001 – having various responsibility related to developing business plan strategy; including developing B2C e-commerce strategy and the business plan for a leading Indonesian automotive conglomerate.
Herianto’s achievements while assuming the position as Partner at Skha Consulting range from Developing strategic business plan initiatives for several institutions – including MIR Sdn Bhd a Bank Mandiri subsidiary; mass consumer financing in Bank Bokupin. Additionally, Mr. Pribadi help several financial institutions set up their micro financing business – among others for CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri and Sampoerna Group. Another notable accomplishment involves leading a team to develop Sharia banking blueprint for Bank Indonesia.
Prasetyo Singgih is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment); a unit under Ministry of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) from 2017. He is formerly the Senior Partner of Singgih & Partners, a private law practice established in Jakarta to provide legal and business advisory services for the growing global business and investment community in Indonesia, from 2002 to 2017.
In 1989, Prasetyo founded and was the Director then Commissioner of PT Inti Fikasa Securindo, until he left in 1999. He then pursued a career with General Electric (GE) Company with his last position being Regional Director of GE Transportation Systems and Medical Systems from 1996 until 2002. Subsequently, he continued his corporate career with PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (Manulife Financial Indonesia) as Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications (2002-2003). Further professional work includes Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for YAWADWIPA Group of Companies (2011-2012), a private equity firm established in Hong Kong with a USD 1 Billion fund designated for Indonesia.
He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Indonesia and attended Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Law in University of Padjadjaran. Furthermore, Prasetyo is a Distinguished Graduate of the 45th Class of the National Leadership Education of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (PPRA XLV – LEMHANNAS RI) in 2010. He is currently a member of Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI) and is the Vice Chairman of the Committee for the United States of America for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Indonesia (KIKAS).
Ekoputro Adijayanto is the Special Advisor to the Minister of National Development Planning/National Developing Planning Agency (PPN/Bappenas) of the Republic of Indonesia from 2016 and concurrently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Non-Government Budget Equity Financing (PINA Center For Private Investment). Additionally, he is an Independent Commissioner for PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (Manulife Indonesia), since 2016.
Prior to the current advisory position for the Minister of PPN/BAPPENAS, Ekoputro held several other advisory roles at other government institutions; He was the Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance (2014-2016) and the Special Advisor to the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (2009-2011).
Upon obtaining his Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Indonesia, he started his career in Banking. Ekoputro has an expertise in institutional communications where he worked in a multitude of banks and held key positions related to Corporate Secretary; among others – Bank Universal (1993-2002) as Vice President, Bank Permata (2003-2005) also as Corporate Secretary (General Manager), and Bank Mandiri (2005-2006) as Senior Vice President.
Ekoputro assumed several commissioner roles preceding his current tenure for Manulife Indonesia. Due to his extended experience on Financial Structure in Infrastructure and Project Financing, he was appointed President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) from 2014 to 2016. Prior to his President Commissioner position, he was also a Commissioner of Bank BNI (2010-2012) and Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (2014-2015).
Lukman Adi Prananto is the Team Leader of PINA Project Facilitation since October 2017.
Lukman has a widespread knowledge in Energy Infrastructure, especially in Power Generation Engineering (Coal, Gas, Renewable) and Independent Power Producer Business as he used to work in Toshiba Power Systems Company, Tokyo (2010-2014) and Hexa Integra Electrica, a distinguished IPP Consultant in Indonesia (2014-2015).
Lukman holds a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree (S.T.) – from Bandung Institute of Technology (2006-2010) and Master’s degree (M.Eng.) from the Graduate School of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering – Tokyo Institute of Technology (2015-2017) as an awardee of the LPDP Scholarship.
